Enumeration set (internal).

This is an internal class used to store the integer and string indices of the Enumeration. It is reference counted, and can persist beyond the lifetime of the Enumeration that created it as long as EnumLink's are still using it.

You should never create an instance of this class directly; use Enumeration instead.
